In 2019, we began meeting with the City of Savannah on plans to design a new facility to consolidate office spaces that were located in multiple buildings throughout the city. The desire was a central location for public and city employees to work and meet together. Designing a facility comparable to the elegance of some of the previous historic office spaces some of these departments were coming from partnered with modern conveniences gave us a unique design challenge. The end result was a fully functional, well planned Class A office space for the city to grown into.
