Lake Front Living Space

The scope of this project included new furniture and decorative accents as the bones of this house were already beautiful. The homeowner was looking for us to help with an interior refresh. We worked with them to create a new furniture layout that took advantage of the large living space. Full FF&E services included selecting, purchasing and installing new rugs, furniture and artwork. We took their heirloom custom dining table and had it refinished and repaired and added new custom head seating to each end. Though the overall aesthetic is still neutral, we added pops of color with new upholstered seating, custom pillows and a rich blue grasscloth on the back panel of the clients built-in shelving unit. The end result of this open concept living space makeover complemented the existing design of the home and will allow their large family many more years of family get togethers and entertaining.
